A small highly textured fused glass lightcatcher / hanger inspired by the Cornish coast and made in my cornish garden studio. 12 cm long by 5 cm glass with a nichrome hanging hook and rustic twine. Iridised green glass has been used on the headland which glimmers in the light. Due to its highly textured nature this item can be hung either against a window to catch the light or against a plain wall to reflect and glisten. This is a freestanding wave, 9 cm tall by approx 23 cm wide. This piece has golden sand with pebbles and seagulls fly overhead whilst the gentle waves of the iridescent sea lap at the shore. A green headland in the top left balances this peaceful image. It is handmade in my studio in Cornwall and is inspired by the fabulous coast surrounding my county.
