Comment “FLOWER” for the links to shop what I used  It’s so easy to make them! Here are the steps:  1. Cut the stems and leave only the flower heads.  2. Stretch open a balloon and insert the flower into it.  3. Fill the balloon with water, making sure the flower is fully covered.  4. Tie your balloon tightly 5. Place the balloons in your freezer overnight until the water is completely frozen. 6. Remove the balloon by cutting with scissors and peel away the ice.  7.
