I have shared both recipes depending on your preference: Edible lace 2 tablespoon gelatine 6 tablespoon water 1/2 cup corn syrup Gel colour or metallic dust (optional) -Bloom gelatine in the water for 5 minutes, before microwaving to dissolve. -Add corn syrup. Stir -You can add any colour of your choice. For gold, I used gold dust. - if mixture thickens, up, just pop in the microwave for a few seconds burst. - spread evenly on any lace mold. ✅ Ingredients
120 ml boiling water (1/2cup)
1 tbsp tylose CMC 10g -I used @saracinodolci
1 tbsp powdered sugar 8g
1tbsp cornstarch 8g
1tsp light corn syrup or glucose 7g

✅ Steps
1. Add boiling water to the CMC powder.

2. The mixture will look lumpy. That is normal!
Cover and rest for an hour and the lumps will disappear.

3. Add the cornstarch, icing sugar and corn/glucose syrup and combine well.

4. Spread evenly and thinly over a lace mat.

5. Let it dry at room temperature for several hours or in the oven at 70C/170F for 15 minutes.

6. After it has dried, peel and ready to use.
