As we thought about who else to add to our own little collection of culinary obsessives, it seemed only fitting to find a collector of some kind, and that's how we stumbled upon Sue Jimenez, a retired forensic anthropologist who, according to Guinness World Records, owns the largest cookbook collection in the entire world.
