You may have taken a break from climbing for any reason, vacation, injury, work projects, etc. and going back to the climbing gym after weeks of being away may make you feel anxious or not sure how to get back into the rhythm of climbing. I went on vacation for less than a week and during that time, the closest I got to the mountains or a climbing gym was in my dreams and even for that short period of time, I felt out of sync when I started climbing again.
