  • 3 15 oz cans Black beans
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 14.5 oz cans Tomatoes
  • 1 Yellow onion, medium
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 Salt & pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Cumin, ground
Five Can Chili - Fresh Off The Grid.  Like adding the beer, but needs a little more tomato--try adding tomato paste.  And too spicy for us!  Maybe a can of mild chopped chillies and a couple tsp of chilli powder instead of a full can of chipotles in adobo.

For a milder chili, just use the adobo sauce that chipotles come in. You can add additional peppers as desired - be sure to scrape out the ribs & seeds before adding them to the pot.
