To make bottle gourd juice: Peel and chop the bottle gourd. Blend it with water until smooth. Strain the juice to remove pulp. Add a pinch of salt or lemon for taste (optional). Serve chilled and enjoy! Wash and peel the bottle gourd (lauki). Cut into small pieces and check for bitterness. Blend pieces with water in a mixer. Strain the juice using a fine sieve. Add black salt, lemon juice, and a pinch of cumin powder for flavor. Stir well, serve fresh, and enjoy chilled!
