The Japanese designer Kei Ninomiya is one of eight designers participating in Moncler’s Genius collaboration series.

This collection was initially inspired by the ceramics from prehistoric Japan (Jomon Period). Having been brought up in London, I wasn’t aware that Japan had an ancient history, and I was inspired by how these objects were kept intact for centuries, allowing me to discover Japanese history and a part of my own background.

I apologize for neglecting my blog for entirely too long! However, I'm a CofC student with a full-time job where I am forced to stare at a bright computer screen for eight hours a day, and take back to back telephone calls within the confines of a drabby, gray cubicle...but I'm not complaining.
