Manha Tatiyas is closer to a crepe than it is a tortilla. As some may know Guam was a Spanish Colony before it became an American Colony, so many of our words have a spanish influence. Tatiyas is the Chamorro word for tortilla, but again in my opinion the texture and bite is closer to a crepe than a tortilla.  This recipe is for all my friends and family members who always ask me to bring them Manha Tatiyas from Guam when visiting them. I've come up with a really good recipe to make you proud.
