6 ingredients! 

You’ll need:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp solid coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 lemon, juiced
zest from 1 organic lemon
1 tsp vanilla

1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is uniform.
2. Scoop out firmly-packed balls of the mixture and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Bake in the oven at 350F for 12-14 minutes, until golden on the bottom.
4. Remove from the oven, cool completely and enjoy!
*This batch made 9-10 macaroons.
