Peach Liqueur Ingredients: • Makes 3x750 ml (quart) jars • 1qt peaches (sliced & loosely packed into 3 mason jars) Simple syrup: • 2c water • 2c sugar • 1¼c brandy • 1½c vodka Instructions: 1. Combine sugar & water in a pan & bring to a boil. Turn off heat & let cool. Add brandy & vodka. Pour over fruit to cover & add lids. Let sit in a cool, dark place for 4wks before draining and enjoying. 2. A great gift but unlikely to make it out of my house.
