5min · 1 serving Mocha sauce • Ingredients: • - Water 1/2 cup • - Sugar 1/2 cup • - Cocoa powder 1/4 cup • - Instant coffee 1 tbsp • - Vanilla extract 1 tsp - Salt 1/4 tsp Procedure: • - In a saucepan add all the ingredients and give it a good mix. So that all no lumps are there. • - In medium heat bring to a boil stirring continuously. Don’t over boil it. • - Turn off the flame and let it cool down to room temperature. • - Once it’s cooled down it will get thickened a bit to the sauce consistency but still pourable. • Store it in the refrigerator upto a week. • - Add a tbsp of this mocha sauce in any mocha or latte and enjoy Starbucks style coffee at the comfort of your home.
