The Tower of Hercules is an ancient Roman lighthouse on a peninsula about kilometers from the center of A Coruña, Galicia, Spain. It is the oldest Roman lighthouse in use today.

Tower of Hercules, A Coruña, Galicia, España - The structure, almost 1900 years old, rehabilitated in 1791, is the oldest Roman lighthouse in use today, and the second tallest in Spain after the Faro de Chipiona. A sculpture garden features works by Pablo Serrano and Francisco Leiro. The Tower is a National Monument of Spain, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since June 27, 2009.

Torre de Hércules de La Coruña. La Torre de Hércules es el símbolo más característico de la entrada al puerto de La Coruña, en Galicia. Fue construida por los romanos en el siglo I, y desde entonces se ha mantenido en pie, aunque su configuración actual se debe en buena medida a la restauración llevada a cabo en el siglo XVIII. Su nombre original era Farum Brigantium. Tiene 55 metros de alto y está edificada sobre una roca que de 57 metros de altura.  XURXO LOBATO
