baked cream cheese spaghetti; REVIEW from katy: so yummy!! the cream cheese and sauce balance each other very well, so you get the flavor of the sauce but a little bit of creaminess too. i used large elbow macaroni. i also used 1.5 jars of sauce - 1 whole jar combined with the meat and 1/2 jar split between the bottom of the pan and top of the noodles. next time i will definitely serve this with garlic bread. UPDATE: after eating the leftovers use 2 jars of sauce so it doesn't get to "dry."
