I think it would be amazing to go to Japan and meet a real Geisha. I wonder if you can be dressed up as one? Id love to try on a real kimono!

Memoirs of a Geisha is a novel by Arthur Golden published in The novel tells the story of a geisha working in Kyoto during World War II. It is also the name of the film based on the book, and directed by Rob Marshall, and starring Zhang Ziyi.

Memoirs of A Geisha (2005). This is one of my favorite books....wonderfully written! The movie was a disaster in comparrison!
