Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Soup. My tweak: I didn't have any coconut milk, so I didn't use it, and it still tasted awesome! This is my favorite butternut squash soup recipe thus far--and I've been through several. My 7-year-old daughter (who is a strict Campbell's chicken noodle lover) even finished her bowl!
