My teacher uses a Noise Meter similar to this one. The Noise Meter is a cool way to remind students the correct noise level that they should be using! You just use the paper clip and move it to the appropriate noise level the students should be using.

Visual for voices.  I wouldn't remember to change it, though, especially when we do partner work!

This one is ideal because it presents a behavior chart along with a voice level. The voice level can be incredibly helpful especially when working with younger studnets.
