Una mezcla con ajo, cilantro, cebolla, aceite, vinagre, sal, pimienta y ese delicioso toque de cítrico que le dan el limón y la naranja.Amo el ajo, creo que lo uso casi a diario en diferentes preparaciones. A todo lo que puedo le pongo, el sabor y el olor es maravilloso! El Mojo de Ajo puede disfrutarse a manera de salsa, sazonador o adobo para vegetales, pescados, mariscos, etc.
