Snacking Made Healthy! My son is a snacker, and in a rush I found myself offering him some not-so-healthy choices. Solution: I bought two bins, one for the refrigerator and one for the pantry. I divided out portions of healthy snacks (fruits, veggies, yogurt, and string cheese for the fridge, and whole grain crackers, peanuts and peanut butter dips in the pantry) and put both bins on low shelves where my son can reach them. Now he always has healthy snacks within reach!
