Moqueca (Brazilian Fish Stew)You can use any local fish you have on hand, coconut milk and peppers and tomatoes, a quick simmer and moqueca is served. Squeeze fresh lime juice and serve with rice and you have a gorgeous Brazilian fish stew!
Brazilian Fish Stew -I was hesitant about the idea of fish stew but this was actually delicious. A tad too spicy for my taste though so I'd probably halve the cayenne. I also added extra broth to make it more soupy.
