Bistec en salsa roja... Slice up thin cut steaks into small pieces and season with salt and pepper, brown in a pan until well cooked. Bring 3 tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 3 guajillo chiles (remove stem and seeds) and a few chiles de arbol to boil and soften up. In blender add tomatoes, garlic and a packet of chicken bouillon, set aside. Blend chiles and strain into the the blended garlic/tomatoes base. Pour over meat and cook a few minutes until well coated. Enjoy!
