People truly don't understand at all how impossibly difficult and exhausting it is to live with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Sharing this tip in the hope it may help someone. I don't have the need to use it myself but feel I should share.

Breathing exercise to help stop panic attacks. This was a huge help for me, since I hyperventilate usually. It also forces you to focus on your breathing instead of what is causing your panic attack
