President Diosdado Macapagal ( 4th from left) visits Cavite City in the 50s. Second from left and at the back of the President is my dad, Bernardo Rojas. Pres.Macapagal was a political ally of the Rojas clan during those times. In fact, the president stood as godfather in my younger sister's ( Marybeth) baptism in 1958.

Marita was the adopted daughter of Soledad Rojas Joco and Engr.Amado Joco. She's the biological child of Bernardo S.Rojas and Virginia Salcedo Rojas.
Bernardo S.Rojas son of Honorio Rojas and Maria Sipriaso, of Cavite City ( and my dad). He was a businessman ,a poet, a writer, an illustrator and a philanthropist.He also served briefly as vice mayor of Cavite City.
