This is a cup and saucer made by Shelley China, England in the Rose Pansy And Forget Me Not floral chintz pattern and the unusual Stratford shape number 13424 with blue trim. The pretty bone china cup is 2.25 inches high by 4 in diameter and the saucer is 5.75 inches in diameter with a molded scalloped shape.
