Not sure how to support someone? Are you having a hard time finding the words to say? Sometimes, I don’t have the words either. But, this is a reminder that it doesn’t take much and most of the time words aren’t even needed. Was this helpful? Cred: @jangandfox #lifecoachforwomen #moveforward #mindsetmatters
Just a friendly reminder: I can only give more of myself to others, if I give more of myself. We tend to pour into others which depletes us and often builds resent. It’s a practice but it’s a necessary practice. YOU are the most important part of any equation. Cred @jayshetty #lifecoachforwomen #expandyourmind #mindsetmatters #growthmindset🌱
Losing weight is far from easy. But, I realize when you’re finally ready to make a big change in your life, nothing can stop you, except you. But, you’ve got to be at a place where you’re fed up. In this video, I was fed up! And from there, once you make that change, once you get out of the way, the Universe can finally get to work. What challenges have you overcame and what challenges are you still working through? To join the waiting list click the video.
Sometimes we think we’ve healed some wounds but they continue to show up in different ways. And what I’ve found was the same thinking patterns and coping styles that got you to where you are currently will not get you to where you’re looking to be. And that’s because you need to heal the conflict within. But sometimes it’s so blended with our daily lives that we don’t even notice it.
I want to talk to you. What would life be like if nothing was different here in a year? How about 3 years? How would that affect you? Let’s say you’re 80 years old looking back on life, and you never pursued this dream, you never tried or gave yourself the chance. Reflect on that for a minute or two. How does that feel to you? Time waits for no one. Now, let's get to work! The Liberated Creative coaching program is now open.
Who can relate to this? I sure can. I’ve always been a writer. I remember being 6/7 writing short stories. Then my cousin would illustrate it. He was terrible we both were—but it was fun. Then middle school I got into poetry. During college, I performed at open mics regularly. But then something changed. After grad school, I stopped writing AND reading. Maybe it was writing countless essays & research papers. Or reading pages & pages of articles & journals but I stopped.
