Peach and Raspberry Scones
Peach and Raspberry Scones. Very good! I didn't have raspberries, so I used strawberries. Definitely need to use frozen fruit next time!! I didn't, and the juices squished out too much when I was folding the fruit into the batter, made the batter too moist in places. Also had to bake for 4-5 minutes longer. They were delicious though!
