Ingredients: 48 oz 93/7 lean ground beef 1 packet of @Siete Foods spicy taco seasoning 10-12 yellow potatoes cut in squares Seasoned with: Garlic powder Paprika Chili powder Salt & pepper Olive oil for cooking Avocado spray for potatoes For the Poco de gallo: 2 tomatoes chopped 1/2 red onion chopped Bunch of cilantro minced 2 lime juice Salt to taste For the guacamole: 2 avocados 1/4 red onion minced Bunch of minced cilantro Salt 1 lime juice Toppings: 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt (I promise it tastes just like sour cream!) #healthyrecipeideas #lowcalorierecipes #weightlossdiet #weightlossrecipes #weightwatchersrecipes #tacos
