Breakfast this morning was a bowl full of healthy guys. As most of my mornings I prefer to start my day off feeling satisfied and nourished, therefore, I prefer having kinda like an oatmeal bowl but with personal adjustments . I cooked a 1/4 cup of oats, in 1/2 cup of water. Then poured an and mixed with the oats together, added a sprinkle of turmeric. Once everything was compacted I poured 2 spoons of vanilla yogurt and sprinkle some cranberries on top.
