Tasty on Instagram: "MUSHROOM PHILLY CHEESESTEAK ��INGREDIENTS:�� 2 large mushroom caps Hoagie rolls Vegan provolone cheese �Half a large onion� 1/2 red bell pepper� 1/2 green bell pepper� 1 tsp smoked paprika� 1 tsp cumin� 1 tsp ground coriander� 1 tsp thyme� 1 tsp onion powder �Salt and pepper to taste �� INSTRUCTIONS:� Slice all peppers, mushroom and onion. Add mushroom to a hot skillet and allow to cook for about 5 mins or until moisture starts to release. Then add peppers and onions followed by the spices and cook together until all is soft. Once soft add on your vegan cheese of choice and cover to steam and melt or put under broiler for a few minutes until melted. Add to your bread of choice with a layer of vegan mayo and optionally some chives to garnish. @tappedinwellness"

Jasmine Mays on Instagram: "🥗Salad Ingredients 1 cucumber, quartered 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 15 oz can corn, drained 15 oz can black beans, rinsed 1 9 oz bag edamame (I got mine from trader joes) 3 green onions, chopped Handful of cilantro 🫗Dressing ingredients: 1 cup fresh lemon juice (~3 large lemons) 2 tablespoon lemon zest 1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves 1 ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 4 tablespoons raw honey 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (optional) 1 lb salmon (add as much or little to your meal as you want). Avocado for garnish 1. Season your salmon liberally, I also added 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
