Pork Dry Rub 1/4 cup Paprika x 3 = 3/4 1/8 cup Fresh Ground Black Pepper x 3 = 3/8 1-2 tablespoons Garlic Powder x 3 = 6 1-2 tablespoons Onion Powder x 3 = 6 1 tablespoon or more Cayenne Pepper x 3 = 3 1/4 cup Coarse Salt x 3 = 3/4 1/4 cup Brown or White Sugar x 3 = 3/4 Let marinade in refrigerator for a day. The x 3 should work for the 2 pack 4 shoulders from Costco. Cook 3 in roaster oven @ 200 along with 1/2 gallon apple juice and 1 can coke overnight 13 hours then shred.
