Found this dandy idea through Google. Pre-packaged smoothie kits. So convenient. I went to Costco and bought two frozen fruit bags: one bag of Doles mixed fruit salad(peaches, mangos, pineapple and strawberries), one bag of Kirkland mixed berries(raspberries, blueberries and blackberries) and a bag of baby spinach. In each kit I put a cup of each of these three things in a medium size Ziploc bag. Toss them in the freezer til your ready to have one. 1/2 cup brown rice (top 2 have a mix of wild rice too || 3.5 oz marinated chicken souvlaki || 90g steamed seasoned broccolini || 30g greek yogurt tatziki (store bought); Also made ground turkey and more kabocha to be on standby for other meals. I woke up early and spent the morning cooking, Here's my meal prep for the week! One meal & snack for my two shorter days, two meals for my long days. I usually eat breakfast at home before class. Brown rice with boiled eggs and green beans, brussels sprouts, broccoli // tofu cubes and raw veggies // apple and quest bar // unpictured almonds as well. Now I'm double-fisting coffee and tea while studying, then going to try and hit the gym after class at the busiest time, uh-oh.#mealprepmondays Brunch, Lunches
