Gettysburg, Pa. Not only is this former orphanage near the site of one of the Civil War's bloodiest battles, the building has its own tragic history, which makes it "the creepiest spot in Gettysburg," Bagans says. As the story goes, a woman who worked here chained children in the basement. Apparently, this resulted in a lot of "unrested spirits."
These pictures were taken some time ago in Chicago. It was Halloween night. As the family was sitting in the living room, a light came in through the transom above the front door and spun around the room. When the little boy in the Scream mask removed his mask, the light came up to him, turned around, and went back out the window. In one picture, you can see what appears to be a baby's face in the right corner of the transom."
Jennifer writes, "this picture was taken February, 2002. I had just come from an overnight ghost hunt at an old Inn. We stopped to take pictures at this old cabin, which is used as an old General store. It was closed for the winter season at the time we stopped and I snapped this photo. As you can see, clearly in front of the window is face of some sort."
A friend of a friend was going through his photos from last year's hunting season and found this pic. He says the trail cam is activated by movement yet there were no pics of the entity anywhere else except in this photo. If it were a person there would have been several photos where the person entered into the vision field of the camera, yet only this photo was taken. The area in which this photo was taken is on private hunting property miles from any residential areas in Northern Michigan.
A demolition crew in Kendal, Crumbia snapped a photo just before demolishing an old Victorian Guesthouse (Meadowbank House). When the picture was developed, the crew was stunned to see what appears to be a ghostly woman staring out of a window. David Grimshaw, who used to reside at Meadowbank House, believes that the image is of his mother, Frances, who died nearly year ago, but worked at the home. She was often seen standing at the very same window at which the figure is seen standing.
On 24 May 1964 Jim Templeton took a photograph of his daughter on the Solway Marshes, UK. Later, when he looked at the photograph, he recognizes a large figure dressed in a ‘spaceman’ suit just behind his daughter. Jim knew there had been no-one else around at the time he took the photo. Later that summer Jim was visited by two mysterious shadowy, MIB-like, government agents. They asked to be taken to the place where the photograph was taken.
Heath, Ohio 1969. To J. Curtis, the water at the crossing seemed shallow enough for the family car to cross safely—it was only a few inches deep—yet in the middle of the crossing the car died. Curtis was about to get out when his 3yo daughter began screaming. His wife couldn’t console her, & their 7yo, taking pic after pic w/her camera, screamed, “The drippy people! They want in! Don’t let ‘em in!” This pic is the best of 3 showing the ‘drippy people.’ "Passing Strange-1910-2013"
The above photos are the remarkable result of a picture Guy took of one of the upstairs windows. The image of a vaporous pink ghostly woman is rather clear. Guy did not see the figure at the time he snapped the photo, but saw it only after the film was developed. An analysis of the film determined that the image is present on the film's negative. The bottom right photo is a digital enhancement, which reveals a skull-like appearance for the ghost's face.
