I'm really really tuned in. I'm not probably saying that word wrong. I apologize but when I say this was different and I'm really really happy I did this because I had it on my list for a long time. I saw somebody on IG do it. And I'm like no this is crazy. So I did not show y'all how to make the green seasoning and I did not show y'all how to make the jerk seasoning. However I've done it in a couple videos before so you guys should know. But like always I'mma always have it in the caption. And I don't know why some people don't see my recipe in the caption. So I'm going to start screenshotting it and then putting it in the so when you go to the comments you'll be able to see it. So we're going to hit it with some chicken seasoning then we going to slide it with some garlic powder. Now look right? That's too much seasoning. Now what I did was for y'all to see. When you season it in a bowl watch how I mix it up and look how much seasoning's missing on the chicken. When you season it in a bowl it's kind of like you just season like that top and you just gotta just mix everything in. So I'm just showing you guys that that's not enough seasoning at all. Like it's not. Now we going to go ahead. We going to slide it with some smoked paprika. So I just really wanted to show y'all like how how like the seasoning game go. So we going to hit it with some when I say that you better make your own green seasoning and jerk seasoning the glass like the glass jars of it is cool but it's nothing like that I'm telling you trust me that we're going to hit it with some white pepper now once I mix everything in if it doesn't like all transfer and I don't know if I'm making sense but I like to like put like a little bit of olive oil so it spreads like thinner on everything. So even me looking at this right now as I'm doing my voice over and I'm looking at the video. I added a little bit more seasoning because that's not enough. Like I want flavor in my food like this is a lot of chicken. Oh and make sure you get thinly sliced chicken breast. You don't want the thick ones and I'm going to tell you why. Now we're going to hit it with some browning. So for me honestly and truly making this if I do it a little bit different the next time that I make it I'm going to sit it in the oven for about 20 more minutes. I was kind of like shaky a little bit. Cuz you know chicken breasts dry up really really quick. But the way I wrapped it in the oven all of them juices are going to stay inside the chicken. So I should have made it for about 20 minutes. So I'm going to put everything in the caption like I said so you guys can see it. This this funny to me. So you put the two skewers in the pineapple right? Then you want to go ahead and add the chicken. So I'm not looking at how I'm recording but when I put this piece of chicken down the skewer zigzag and I'm like why did this zigzag but I made it zigzag. Now I'm trying to turn it back not realizing what I did. So I be having like real like blonde moments in the kitchen sometime. So you want to hit with some peppers. I will say cut that pepper a little bit then because that was a little bit too thick for me. And this and like I said this is always like a learning experience. So I'm learning and I'm trying to see what I did wrong here. But I'm learning as I go along. But once I got it together boom. Look how that look. Now you want to wrap it. It's kind of like you go into like the gyro spot. You want to wrap it. Pop it in the oven. I'm going to put mine in the oven the next time for it. I'm going to tell you guys what to do with it. Put it on put it in the oven on like 3seventy5 for about like an hour. Trust me. Trust me. Trust me. Trust me. For an hour. Then you want to like broil it for about like like 10 minutes. I'm telling you it's going to be perfect. Now on the skillet we going to go ahead and melt some butter. Add some honey. Then we going to hit it with a little bit of soy sauce just to make it like not really like salty to give it like a little salty kind of taste. I'm telling you it's going to mix perfectly. This is the most beautiful thing I've ever done in my life. I'm sorry. I'm really really too nice even though I gotta best stop playing me for real.
