This is another look at Rania Safar (Lady Claw) this time with some much needed inspiration from Julia Newmar's Catwoman. This is also not the final version of her costume but just a quick sketch of what she might look like. Paris Porter, one of Liberty's numerous supervillains and the chairwoman emeritus of Porter Industries. Liberty: The Second City Saint is very ingrained into the city of Chicago, so the headquarters for Porter Industries is actually the Sears Tower in the story.
