It helps achieve deeper, longer lasting colours. I followed my usual natural dye method that’s in Botanical Colour at your Fingertips 📗 It’s interesting how willow leaves give a very similar colour to avocado skins and stones. It’s the same for hawthorn and linden leaves. These plants all contain the same kind of tannins and make this pinkish-brown. Have you made this same pinkish-brown colour from dyeing with any other plants?"
