Balsamic Strawberry with Creamy Goat and Mascarpone Cheese Toast is to die for! This is pure indulgence and it’s super easy to make! Ingredients: 2 slices of sourdough or any rustic bread 1 tbs olive oil Cheese mixture: 2 oz goat cheese 2 oz mascarpone 2 tsp honey Balsamic Strawberries: 1 cup strawberries 1 tbs sugar 1 tsp balsamic reduction Garnish: Thyme Basil leaves Flaky sea salt Method: 1. Wash your strawberries and add them to a pan/saucepan along with 1 tablespoon sugar and cook until the juices are released; add in balsamic glaze and cook until slightly thickened; set aside; 2.
