Handmade birthday party hats. I made these adorable hats with orange poster board , large orange pipe cleaners for tail, paper Garfield visors I found on EBay are glued around the bottom of the cone of the hat, elastic band bought at Joanne's fabric attached from side to side to keep the hats on, and a large black pompom on the top of the hat to finish them off. Very easy to do.
