Jump Up & Get Down: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Do 10 squat jumps. Next, crouch, place hands on floor, jump feet back to plank; jump legs wide (as shown) then together 10 times. Jump feet back to hands; stand. Continue this squat jump/plank jack combo for 40 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds. Go for 30 seconds. Proceed to move 5.
