Rainbow Ribbons 🌈 A simple project that adds a lot of colorful fun to our backyard! Use any hoop as the structure. A hula hoop, embroidery hoop, or wreath form will work! Tie ribbons to the hoop, then tie string in a cross to suspend the hoop from the middle. I've found on really windy days the ribbons can shift.
