Kids LOVE dinosaurs. Here’s a project based on the book If the Dinosaurs Came Back by Bernard Most. | We read the book, noting the many rectangular buildings and windows. It was an opportunity to practice all the lines we have learned. We could see wavy, zig zag, diagonal, vertical, horizontal, dotted and dashed lines. Day 2 we added the dinosaurs. 2 rules: the dinosaur had to be as big as a hand, and one color. The kids created the collage, then added details (lines, shapes and patterns).
