overnight peanut butter oatmeal. The night before, combine 1/2 cup instant oats and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Add in 2 tablespoons of vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1/2 of a small banana, sliced or mashed. In the morning, top with 1/4 cup Fiber One Original cereal. Blend - the batter will be THICK. Spoon onto a PREHEATED griddle no higher than medium heat. Add sprinkles. Cook slowly. Flip. The frosting is plain Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla creme casein & almond milk to texture. Mix in blender and fry w/coconut oil. Filling: 2t almond butter,1t sweetener, 1-2T almond milk. Mix w/a spoon and spread over the pancake. Roll it up and cut in spaller pieces. Drizzle with a vanilla protein glaze made with: 1T vanilla whey + 1-2T almond milk.
