En un tazón mezcle el agua con la sal y el aceite / mantequilla. Añade poco a poco la harina precocida de maíz, se recomienda utilizar la marca de harina PAN, es la mejor para hacer arepas. Mezclar bien hasta crear una masa suave y uniforme, aproximadamente 5 minutos. No es necesario amasar.
