Add this Lateral Lunge/RDL/Snatch to press to your next workout routine. This is great way to work your quadriceps, gluteus, hamstrings and shoulders all in one shot. Pick up a challenging weight that you can still manage to press while keeping proper form.
This is one of my favorite combos to do when I travel and have limited equipment. It works your whoooole body! Try 12-15 reps and pair it with 30sec Burpees. Be sure to stay in your heels and keep your core tight.
