I've had ice cream on the brain all week. Tonight I fly out for a weekend trip to Phoenix where I'll be visiting some very dear friends, two of whom own an absolutely awesome ice cream shop. I cannot wait to see the store and try the wonderful things they've made :) To tide myself over, I decorated some Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches with assorted sprinkles.
